Web Identities: Positive or Negative?

I would consider myself to have a positive identity on the web.  Facebook is the only social networking site that I am apart of.  This doesn’t mean that I only have one identity on the web though.  I consider Xbox Live apart of the web to a certain degree.  My identity on Xbox Live and Facebook are different.  In other words, I have multiple web identities.
I don’t really consider myself a competitive person.  I say this until I am playing video games online.  When I am playing Xbox Live, the only objective that I have is to win.  I will be as cutthroat as I have to be.  This sounds like I am just a greedy gamer that will do whatever it takes to win.  In some ways, this is true.
When it comes to Facebook, I am nowhere near competitive.  I have never been interested in playing any of the games featured on Facebook.  I have never really argued with anyone over this social networking site.  I have read many arguments on Facebook.  I just find them funny.
I try to be a good person so I wouldn’t want to act any differently on Facebook.  In other words, I try to be nice to most people on the web.  The only thing that I consider different between myself in real life and online is when I am playing Xbox Live.  Like I said earlier, I am only competitive while playing video games online.  I believe that I have a positive web identity.
